Refund policy
Please contact us to request a refund.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same brand new condition that you received it, unused, in sealed original packaging, unaltered, never installed, unpainted, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once an item has shipped we cannot cancel the order. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied for all new items returned and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible if the wrong part is ordered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your shipment is lost/stolen or not received for whatever reason contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and file a claim in a timely manner. Claims after this timeframe may not be honored by shipping carriers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
Order cancellations are possible if we haven't processed your order yet. However, the payment processing fee of 3-6% (depending on payment method) is non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
